Our Story

About Community Services Project, Inc. (CSP)
The primary mission and goal of Community Services Project, Inc. (CSP) is to provide competitive, fulfilling employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. CSP places individuals referred by Offices of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) and the Ticket-to- Work Program into integrated employment of their choosing.

Additionally, we work with human resources directors and business owners and operators to match individual skill sets with appropriate job placement sites. CSP’s overall goal is to place all referred or recruited individuals with disabilities into a position of their choosing that results in competitive, fulfilling employment opportunities for all concerned parties.

In addition to external placement, CSP also provides employment to individuals with disabilities through our own janitorial contracts with local and state governments and private companies. Cleaning Services Provider is the commercial/industrial serivce that makes this possible. Our award-winning employees, many of whom are individuals with disabilties, exceed expectations. They are recognized by the state of Kentucky and many others for their "superior" janitorial services. Our janitorial clients enjoy some of the cleanest buildings in town and know they are making a positive difference in the life of an individual with disabilities.

“Green Cleaning” programs and services are now available at the customers request. We recognize the importance for improved cleaning procedures to help save our planet from green house gases. Green cleaning programs are being implemented around the globe, and CSP is fully committed to achieving this all important “green” objective. These cleaning processes are now available for all contractors interested in pursuing this course of action for their service needs.
